JoyDigit Attended the APWeb-WAIM 2020

Due to the COVID-19 globally, the APWeb-WAIM 2020 Organizing Committee had finally decided that APWeb-WAIM 2020 would be a fully virtual conference on Sep. 18-20 2020.

JoyDigit's paper JoyDigit NexIoT: An Open IoT Data Platform for Senior Living was accepted and demostrated during this virtual conference.  And the paper will be published as Springer's LNCS series.

The key contribution of this paper is: user profiling by utilizing the IoT data for senior living, and with the novel JoyDigit Intelligent Action Adviser(JIAA), the JoyDigit NexIoT platform outputs the recommended service or management actions to caregivers and operators, which could greatly reduce the caregiver’s daily workload and increase community operator’s management efficiency.
